- All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the order subject to stock status. If an item we will contact you to see if you would like a part shipment or a slight wait unitl everything is in stock. A fixed fee of £5 is applied to all deliveries, if you order over £20 then the delivery fee is waived and its free.
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy and security is of utmost importance to us. Our payment partner PAYPAL ensures your secure transaction whilst we promise not to share your information with any other third party without you permission.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you simply do not like the item then please return it, carriage paid, to CycleNOW Returns, Ridgekot, The Ridge, Cold Ash, RG18 9HZ. Please note we are only able to provide full refunds for items returned in original packaging and suitable for resale. In the unlikely event the item is damaged or does not work then please contact us prior to returning the item - please state your order reference on the contact form and the reasons why you would like toreturn the item. On inspection we will offer you either a replacement or refund unless the problem is seen as misuse or improper assembly/usage.
- Ordering
- All orders to be made via our online shop. Telehone orders are not accepted as payment can not be processed unless previously arranged.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All payments are to be made via our payment partner PAYPAL when checking out of our shop. All pricing includes any taxes and delivery (where applicable) will be added on to your shopping cart. When confirming your order you will have the option of selecting a school to benefit from your order - this will not only give them a donation equal to 10% of your order but you will also receive a 10% discount. From tim eto time CycleNOW will also offer other discounts and special offers or promotions.
- Viewing Orders
- Please log in to CycleNOW to view your shopping order. Bikeability and private cycle training will be confirmed by seperate email.
- Updating Account Information
- If you wish to update your personal information with CycleNOW then please log in and you can up date your profile.
